Refund policy

Digital bundles are delivered by download. If a file is damaged, incomplete, or not as described on the product page, contact us within 14 days and we will replace the files or refund the order.

A change of mind after the download has been released is reviewed case by case. Source files that have already been downloaded cannot be returned in the way a physical product can.

Orders that are still awaiting payment can be cancelled from the admin orders screen.
